About Us

Grubb's Homes has been serving the Midland's of South Carolina for over thirty years. Originally established by Joel Grubb in the late 1970's, Joel and I opened the Highway 302 location in early 2000. Prior to opening this location I spent fifteen years in the lending side of the industry, giving me 22 years total experience in the manufactured housing industry. In late 2004, I became full owner of Grubb's Manufactured Homes, Inc., and I continue to carry on the Grubb's Homes tradition of selling QUALITY FACTORY BUILT HOMES AT TRULY AFFORDABLE PRICES.

We are active members of the Manufactured Housing Institute of South Carolina and participate regularly with the Midland's Chapter of MHISC. I currently am President of The South Congaree Business Administration where every year we host a full scale professional rodeo and contribute the portions of the proceeds local causes. I am also a former Board of Director for the Georgia Manufactured Housing Association where I served for two years.

For enjoyment, I have coached baseball at Midland Dixie Youth Baseball Park for the past eight years where I have served on the Board of Directors for the past three years and am currently Treasurer of the league. I also previously served as Treasurer and Board Member for Midland Youth Football for three years and also assisted as a football coach.

As you can see I have a commitment to the community as a business owner and as an individual. In the same manner, we are also committed to our customers at Grubb's Homes. We are committed before, during and after the sale of a home. Before the sale we strive to educate customers on our product, the features and benefits of our product, and additional options which may be available with our product. During the sale, we work with closely with our lenders in getting the best terms possible for our customers. Finally, and most importantly, after the sale, we service what we sell. As owner, I personally assist our customers in order to ensure service is scheduled through our manufacturers and is properly completed.
